Consent to receive informational and promotional mailings

I (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), in accordance with Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ "On Advertising" of March 13, 2006, and Part 1 of Article 44.1 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ "On Advertising" of July 7, 2003, hereby consent to receive informational and promotional mailings. No. 126-FZ "On Communications," acting voluntarily and in good faith, without being under the influence of error, by checking the box next to the text "I agree to receive news and advertising mailings" and clicking the submit button of the completed form, I give my consent to receive informational and advertising mailings (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent") to the following advertising distributor and personal data operator:

Newsletters are messages that provide useful information, news, and updates.

Advertising messages are messages about products, services, promotions, and special offers.

This Consent is given for the purpose of promptly receiving news about new services and products, special offers, bonuses, and various promotional events aimed at promoting products, services, and work.

The User agrees that advertising and informational materials may be distributed via:

  • SMS messages;
  • messages in instant messengers;
  • push notifications;
  • phone calls;
  • email messages.

The User confirms that they have the right to revoke their Consent at any time by:

  • sending a notification by email to ps@rockdrilling.ru;
  • calling +7 (902) 258 2075;
  • clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any received newsletter.

For the purposes of sending newsletters, the Operator has the right to transfer the data of users who have consented to receive advertising and informational messages to third parties specified in the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy, which is posted on the website at: https://rockdrilling.ru/privacy-policy

Amount of personal data permitted for transfer:

  • last name, first name, patronymic;
  • job title;
  • email address;
  • phone number.

Purpose of providing personal data: sending the subject advertising information (including in the form of advertising and other informational newsletters).

This consent is valid from the date it is provided until the User unsubscribes from receiving the newsletter. The User is informed that if this consent is revoked, RDS LLC will cease sending the User informational and advertising newsletters immediately upon receipt of the revocation.

The processing of personal data ceases upon the achievement of the purpose for which the personal data is processed, upon receipt of the revocation of consent to receive newsletters and advertising newsletters and/or to the processing of personal data, or if the Operator is removed from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
