Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

  • last name, first name, patronymic;
  • contact phone number, email address;
  • job title (if specified);
  • other information voluntarily provided during interactions with the Operator.

Purposes of personal data processing:

  • providing access to the Website services;
  • processing applications, requests, and inquiries received through forms on the Website, as well as by phone and email, including preparing and sending commercial proposals;
  • Preparation, conclusion, and execution of civil contracts, including contracts for the supply of spare parts, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment;
  • Maintaining records and reporting in accordance with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation;
  • Providing information about goods, services, work, special offers, and promotions;
  • Improving service quality, and conducting statistical and analytical research.

Actions with personal data:

The Operator has the right to perform all actions with personal data, including collecting, recording, systematizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, modifying), using, transferring (including providing to third parties under agency agreements), depersonalizing, blocking, and destroying.

Transfer to third parties:

Personal data is transferred solely for the purpose of fulfilling requests, inquiries, queries, and contracts, as well as on the Operator's instructions to third parties under concluded agreements, provided that they maintain the confidentiality and security of the personal data.

Cross-border transfer of personal data:

Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out without the separate consent of the Data Subject, except in cases stipulated by Russian Federation law.

Use of cookies and analytics services:

The Operator has the right to use cookies and web analytics services (Yandex Metrica) to improve the performance of the Website. Rights of the Data Subject:

In accordance with Articles Articles 14–15 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," provide that the personal data subject has the right to:

  • request clarification, blocking, or destruction of data;
  • revoke consent to the processing of personal data;
  • appeal the actions or inactions of the Operator to the data protection authority (Roskomnadzor) or to the court.

Personal data retention period:

This consent is valid until revoked or until the processing purposes are achieved, or for the time periods established by Russian legislation, after which the personal data will be destroyed or anonymized.

Revocation of consent:

Consent may be revoked by the personal data subject by sending a written notice to the Operator by registered mail, by personal delivery against signature, or by sending an email to ps@rockdrilling.ru, marked "Revocation of consent to personal data processing." Revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing of personal data carried out prior to its revocation.
