This Website User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") applies to the internet resources owned by Rock Drilling Solutions Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), including, but not limited to, the following website and domain name: https://rockdrilling.ru/en, its regional subdomains, as well as other web resources and services of the Company that enable the collection, storage, and processing of users' personal data.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The subject of this Agreement is the provision by the Company, the owner of the Website, of services for access to the website located at: https://rockdrilling.ru/en (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), its functionality, services, and materials.

1.2. A person who has accessed the Website's functionality, services, and materials, regardless of the scope or method of access, is the Website User (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

1.3. The legal relationship between the Company (Website Owner) and the User regarding the use of the Website, its functionality, services, and materials is governed by this Agreement and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.4. Pursuant to Article 435 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this Agreement is recognized as a public offer. Access by the User to the Website, its functionality, services, and materials, in any scope and by any means, constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of the Agreement.

1.5. The rules of Articles 428, 434, and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation apply to the procedure for concluding this Agreement. Accordingly, checking the "I agree" box and clicking the "Submit" button in any form on the Website, as well as any actions using the Website, are considered acceptance of this Agreement. This means that the User fully, unconditionally, and irrevocably accepts this Agreement in its entirety, without any exceptions or limitations, and confirms that they have read and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, as well as all rights, obligations, and limitations imposed upon them.

2.2. Exclusive rights to certain materials and content posted on the Website may belong to third parties who have granted the Website Owner the right to use them on the Website.

2.3. The Website Owner (the Company) has all necessary legal rights to use the domain name: rockdrilling.ru and is recognized as the person actually using it.

3. Using the Website and Submitting Requests

By ticking this box and clicking the submit button, the User consents to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Company's Personal Data Processing Policy and accepts the terms of this Agreement.

3.4. Checking the "I agree to receive news and promotional mailings" box is voluntary and is not a condition for submitting a request. The terms of such mailings are defined in the Consent to Receive Information and Promotional Mailings. The User has the right to revoke this consent at any time by contacting the Company using the contact information provided.

3.5. When filling out forms on the Website, the User is obligated to provide current and accurate information.

3.6. The Company, unless objectively able and legally justified to do so, does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User. The Company assumes that the User provides current and accurate information.

3.7. The User acknowledges and agrees that actions taken by them when filling out and submitting forms on the Website are considered to be performed by the User personally.

3.8. The absence of requests submitted by the User shall not be interpreted as the User's absence of obligation to comply with the terms of the Agreement.

4. Personal Data and Other Information of the User

4.1. Personal data is any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (the subject of the personal data).

5.1. This Agreement is not recognized as a license agreement; its provisions cannot be construed as granting the User the right to use any intellectual property and/or individual parts (elements) thereof.

5.2. Use of the materials and content of the Website is permitted only with the consent of the Company, and in certain cases, at the direction of the Company, additional consent from third parties is also required.

5.3. When lawfully citing materials and content from the Website, pursuant to paragraph 1 of clause 1 of Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, a reference to the Website and the Website Owner (the Company) is mandatory.

5.4. The User understands and agrees that they are fully responsible for the proper use of the Website provided for use, including all intellectual property and means of individualization accessed by the User on the Website, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

6. Rights and Obligations of the User

6.1. The User has the right to use the available functionality, services, and/or materials of the Website in strict accordance with the Agreement and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.2. The User is prohibited from gaining unauthorized access to the technical and service sections of the Website, or to the data of other Users, by any means.

6.3. The User is obligated to refrain from any actions that directly or indirectly affect the normal functioning and operability of the Website.

6.4. When leaving any requests, comments, and entries on the Website, the User is obligated to comply with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and not to violate moral and ethical standards.

6.5. The User's use of the Website must be carried out in strict accordance with the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and this Agreement.

7. Use of Third-Party Analytics Services

7.1. The Site uses the Yandex Metrica web analytics service, and may also use other similar web analytics services and third-party marketing tools.

7.2. These services may collect and process anonymized data about the User's actions on the Site (cookies, IP address, device and hardware parameters, software used, external referral source, including backlinks, access time, session ID, page actions, communication channels, and the User's behavior on the Site, etc.) in accordance with the privacy policies of the respective service providers.

7.3. The User can configure, block, or delete cookies independently using the cookie management banner on the Site or in their browser settings.
